Inclusive Swimming Lessons (Thursday)

30 minute sessions available, Option for 1 to 1 support in water if required. Linked to ASA Inclusive Award Scheme.

Independent Living Skills Course

A six week course for young people with disabilities aged from 15 to 25 years to learn more about independence. Sessions include shopping, making a meal, household duties, personal hygiene etc.
